The projects are being developed along with DMI Alternatives, a $250 million Alternative Investments fund. Stellar OKAS 1425 is a 4,00,000 Sq.ft IT/ITES campus with the provision for multiple amenities such as a common cafeteria, gym, eateries on campus etc .The floor space itself features an efficient floor plate, with an 11m column grid and high ceilings.
